What if we had miniature armies for each of the nations on the Minaria map from the game Divine Right.
This neednt be huge, there's only 14 or so countries to represent
Again, your google docs are great. For the Invisible School - How about the Evil Magicians army from the 1991 Hordes book - the one from the Spencer/Fairy Queen army lists? I think it was cribbed from the Compleat Enchanter (Sprague DeCamp) version of the story.
