Everyone has to run a Vogen City-Fight Campaign eventually. We did one, but added a twist. The city would be subject to Exterminatus at the end of the campaign, so the object was to loot the sectors, as well as kill enemies, and see if what you had looted had any particular value. (viz: if you were a Dark Eldar player, and your loot was an Eldarin Relic, you scored extra points)
