I'm building my own Thunderhawk.
Since I don't have 87 million farthings to get the Forge World one.
the frame is plastic sign board one quarter inch think, plus some elements cut from foam core board. the whole get up is painted with battleship grey house primer , since the spray kind would melt most of what's going on there.
